Enjoy having company
I truly appreciate my service coordinator and my amazing team. I love how much everyone adores my dog, Amber, and how they take her for walks. Having another person in the house makes a wonderful difference.

Have A Question About Our Personal Care Services?
These are some of the common questions we receive. Since each person has unique needs, we encourage you to reach out with your inquiries.
Ask a question
Do I need an NDIS Plan?
Most of our clients are NDIS participants with an approved plan and funding to support their goals. Personal care services may be covered under various NDIS funding categories, such as:
- Assistance with self-care activities
- Assistance in supported independent living
- Development of daily living and life skills.
What types of support do you offer?
The level of support we provide is tailored to your individual goals as a participant. We can offer basic care to support your independence, or more complex care provided by our registered nurses, based on your approved management plan. This includes specialized assistance, such as peg-feeding or support for behavioral needs. Our initial consultation and planning process ensures we thoroughly understand and address your specific requirements.
Are you a NDIS provider?
Yes, Sterling Care Australia is NDIS provider with robust systems and processes in place to ensure participants and carers receive safe, high-quality support.
How frequently will my support worker be changed?
We understand the importance of continuity, especially when it comes to personal care. We strive to provide consistent support workers, and if a change is necessary, we will give you as much advance notice as possible. Many of our support workers have built lasting relationships with clients over several years.
We are providing services across Victoria

Even if your specific suburb isn’t listed among our office locations, we encourage you to get in touch. Our dedicated team offers flexible and fully mobile services, allowing us to meet participants wherever they are whether in their homes, local community spaces, or other preferred environments. Our goal is to ensure that distance or location is never a barrier to receiving high-quality, person-centred support.
