The journey of Sterling Care Australia began with the shared vision of a dedicated family—Santosh, Narinder, Priya, and Priyanshu—who came together to respond to a pressing need within the disability support space in Victoria. What started as a modest, heartfelt initiative has grown into a thriving NDIS business, built on trust, compassion, and the unwavering commitment to making a difference in people’s lives.
At the heart of this journey is Santosh Chopra, who brings over 8 years of hands-on experience in the NDIS sector. As a Service Coordinator, Santosh has been instrumental in ensuring that participants receive the right support at the right time, tailored to their goals and individual needs. Her calm, thoughtful approach and deep understanding of NDIS processes have helped hundreds of participants and families navigate their plans with confidence.
Santosh’s dedication extends beyond coordination—she has played a foundational role in developing the service standards and values that Sterling Care Australia upholds today. Her day-to-day involvement has shaped the company’s strong reputation for delivering personalised, culturally responsive, and quality care.
While Santosh remains a valued and active presence within the company, the next generation—Priya and Priyanshu—have since stepped into leadership roles, overseeing the Australia-wide operations with professionalism and strategic insight. Drawing from their extensive backgrounds in business management and service delivery, they continue to build on the strong foundation laid by Santosh and the family.
