What hours of service can I expect for my Support Worker?

We provide services 24 hours a day, including weekends and public holidays. You can discuss your detailed service needs with your Service Coordinator.

Do you share my personal information?

We collect only the necessary information to ensure safe and effective service delivery. This data is shared exclusively with authorized staff involved in providing your care. With your consent, it may also be shared with providers or health professionals as needed.

If I am unwell can a Support Worker still come and assist me?

Under the Work Health and Safety Act 2011, your home is considered a workplace for our staff. If you are unwell, please reach out to your Service Coordinator, who will collaborate with you to ensure your essential needs are met or arrange to reschedule your services.
